About Me

I did a working holiday year in Canada after graduating from high school. 8 years later I'm still living in Vancouver and finally got my permanent residency a few months ago. I love traveling and travel when I can afford it or even when I actually can't. I work remote for a company in SF and get paid to be a nerd which is awesome. I can pretty much work from anywhere and I'm currently trying to make more use of that.

I guess I'm an outgoing and optimistic person. Laughing is one of my favourite things to do and I appreciate people who make me laugh =) I'm also a pretty big fan of hiking which is probably why I like Vancouver / Canada so much.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and learning new things. The best way to do this is through experiences and the experiences of others. Which is why I think Couch Surfing is such a great idea.
It's a great way to meet really amazing, interesting and kind people from all over the world and it also gives you the chance to feel at home in another city right away.

Music, Movies, and Books

There are way too many good books and movies but one of my all time favourite books is IT by Stephen King and I absolutely love the movies Sin City and Blue Valentine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in a surf camp in the middle of the jungle in Costa Rica for about a month in 2016. Being woken up in the middle of the night by howler monkeys screaming right next to your tent is quite an experience haha

What I Can Share with Hosts

I make a mean breakfast burrito, but only if you like garlic - loooooots of garlic!
