ABOUT ME

I am 28 years old, and I work at Ghent University.
I live in Ghent, together with my boyfriend.
In my spare time I love wandering around in the city, go on city trips, meet with my friends, play the piano, going to bars,...
I used to work in a bar of a theatre, and now i am working already for 3 years on my Phd research in communication sciences.

PHILOSOPHY

Try to stay positive, even when you are feeling bad. Because, if you feel bad and you let yourself be carried away, everything will go even worse. However, if you try to stay positive, everything will turn out just fine!

In the end it is all going to be okay, and if not, it is not the end!

I do not have any CouchSurfing Experiences but a friend of mine has CouchSurfed a lot and that is why I would love to CouchSurf!

My favorite book is 'Extremely Loud and incredibily Close' by Jonathan Safran Foer.
My favorite movie is 'Big Fish' by Tim Burton.
I can't say what my favorite music is, I like a lot from jazz and blues, through classical music, to pop and rock... It all depends of my mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived a year in Paraguay with AFS.
The waterfalls of Iguazu are amazing!

I can talk Spanish which I can teach.
I love cooking
and maybe i have other things that i can teach, but that i am not yet aware of :-)
