I live and work in Vienna now :) I enjoy exploring this beautiful city and I would be happy to show people around. Depending on my roommates I would also be happy to host guests in our apartment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since 2013 couchsurfing completely changed the way I travel and get to know places I visit. Every trip is even more exciting thanks to all those amazing people who are joining this adventure. I have couch surfed in many cities in the United States so far (New York, Portland, New Orleans, San Francisco, Atlanta,.... and many more) and thanks to couch surfing I can say those trips were even more special and real. I'm so grateful for all the great people I met through couch surfing and I hope many more journeys with great people will follow :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent 2 years as an Au Pair in America and during that time I took many trips to different places with friends and by myself. The first time I travelled alone, was for a couple days to Charlotte and Atlanta, and thanks to my lovely hosts I had a great time in both Cities. In Cleveland a lovely woman hosted me and we went out together with her friends and we had a blast. Thx Melanie!
On my way to Seattle I think it was fate that Lee was sitting next to me on the bus. Because we had so much fun together in Seattle and she even rescued me from being hostless. Thx Lee!
Thanks to Lauren I got to know Portland and her friends and brother as well. See made my trip very special and thx to her roommates I even got to know some friends of them in Seattle and hanged out with them. Thx Lauren!

Every time when I look back to my couchsurfing trips, I am happy and thankful for meeting all those great and different people. I even feel more alive because you never know where your trip takes you.

Music, Movies, and Books

depending on my mood, my music fits :D I enjoy music festival with house, minimal techno, drum & bass, but I also enjoy meditation music to clear my mind.
I have a weakness for christmas music during winter and I am thrilled to party with friends with 70s, 80s and 90s music.

I enjoy watching romance, comedies, horror and action movies. Documentaries are something that are lately really inspiring me and make me think about how i live and the way I wanna live.
Since watching Cowspiracy, Forks over Knives and True Cost, I am vegan and try to live a greener lifestyle. As well I am more conscious about my consumer behavior.

Currently I read a lot about veganism and I'm getting more into essential oils.
I want to avoid medication at all and try to use instead everything the nature offers me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

being an Au Pair for almost 2 years in the United States completely changed my life.
