ABOUT ME

Sommelier, traveler, I love food and wine so much I made a career out of it. Free bird, I love traveling the world and discovering new cities, meeting new people, talking about anything I ever talked about. I am pretty open-minded and don't consider much topic as 'taboo'. I'm respectful of those who don't share my opinion. I am really sensitive, I react to people. I've decided to go through Couchsurfing because I want to spend time with the people who welcome me and those I host. I've always been curious of other's cultures and religions and the way the social context affects the way we think, behave and live, so don't get offended if I ask many questions and feel free to tell me when I do. As previously mentionned, I don't consider much topics ´taboo', so if you do, let me know. I don't want to go out of line.

Interests

Wine, gastronomy and everything related to it, traveling, yoga, music (anything but metal), history, arts. I read a lot, speak fluent english, I can handle a conversation in spanish too. I jog and bike, I love to dance, and mostly, I like to learn from others. So my major interest is you!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Food, beer and wine knowledge, cultural interest!
For those of you who want to sur my couch, I am not available on week ends! You can still come but the terms are that you have to wait for me to finish work, around 11pm, and leave when I do too! I have more time to offer on week days, especially on wednesday and thursday, which are my days off!
