Me llamo Melina, soy de Trelew, Chubut pero actualmente vivo en La Plata, Buenos Aires. Estudié un par de años Traductorado de inglés (de ahí que me manejo más o menos bien con el idioma). Actualmente estoy terminando de estudiar Biología con orientación en Paleontología. Me encanta comer, no tanto cocinar así que soy de comprar o salir a comer (hasta donde da la $$). Como ya dije, me encanta la comida y sobre todo probar platos locales de los lugares a los que voy. También me gusta la literatura fantástica, escuchar música del estilo que sea, jugar juegos de rol, bailar.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a specific preference in music. I like a bit of everthing, you can see that in my Youtube mixes . They go from chill soul, to a Bizarrap session and end with a romantic ballad with Till Lindemann's voice made with IA.
Movies, series and anime: Fantastic, drama, suspense, light terror but not so much. I hate screamers.
As I said, I like fantastic literature. My favourite: The Name of the Wind. It's a pity the trilogy is not finished... So rn I'm reading Brandon Sanderson.

No tengo música favorita. Me gusta un poco de todo, los mix que me hace Youtube reflejan eso. Van desde un soul chill, pasan por un instrumental de algún juego, una sesión de bizarrap y terminan en una canción de Nino Bravo con la voz de Till Lindemann hecha por IA.
Películas, series y animes: Fantásticos, dramas, suspensos. Nunca de miedo porque odio los screamers. Tal vez algún terror sutil, psicológico.
Como dije, me gusta la literatura fantástica. Mi libro favorito: El nombre del viento. Lástima que no está terminada la trilogía. Ahora estoy con Brandon Sanderson, así que tengo para rato.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Me adapto. Si pinta estar tranquilos y simplemente tomar mates en silencio, estoy. Si pinta salir a recorrer y hacer algo más movido, estoy. Depende del viaje también. Colaboro con el orden y la limpieza, no me gusta incomodar en ese sentido. No tengo problema con el bichaje, al contrario: gato, perro, araña, murciélago. Si se te mete un murcielago estoy capacitada para desalojarlo ;P También puedo hablar de dinosaurios y evolución, pero eso depende de lo nerd del anfitrión. Y hago un budín de banana re rico.

I can adapt, from going trekking to drink mate in silence. I'm down for whatever. I help cleaning, I don't like to bother hosts with that. I love animal, any animal: cats, dogs, spiders, bats. I'm a certified bat lover hehe if one gets into your home I can take it out for you safely. Also, I can talk about dinosaurs and evolution, but that depends on the willingness (and nerdiness) of the host. And I make a delicious banana cake.
