Overview
About Me
I was born in Mexico but I am a citizen of the world who travels to promote intercultural integration and facilitate tools on issues of creativity, social development, social innovation, entrepreneurship, community work and personal transformation experiences. I'm a professional community psychologist, which has served me as my biggest tool to travel so far.
My husband and I have decided to travel through Asia for a year, we are a multicultural Mexican/Indian family.
Volunteering in various organizations in Mexico, Chile, Nepal and India on issues of education, health, interculturality, sustainability and community development in tribal communities.
And one of my personal goals is to integrate food, body and soul into social work by performing daily personal practices.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I went to travel for some years and there are problems that are repeated in all countries, I think one of the solutions is to improve human relations and generate positive links, and what better than around the world, since places do the people who they inhabit it.

Music, Movies, and Books
Dancing is one of my passions although I only do it as a hobby and a form of expression. I love dancing to Latin music, to vibrate with my roots and if I travel I listen to music from different parts of the world of people who have shared their likings.
The best books are the stories and tells of the people I meet during my trips. I also like to stay informed about current issues and sustenable innovative solutions.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
They are two engines in life that have inspired me to contribute to a sustainable world with a just society:
1. The first indigenous communities around the world are all a living sample of how to be a guardian of the Earth using the resources they need.
2. Social entrepreneurship, I have met with more than 50 social entrepreneurs from Latin America and South Asia who are looking to generate a positive impact on the world living on what they are most passionate about.
Teach, Learn, Share
The things that I can share are the things that I love and that I like to do every day..., such as Yoga, vegetarian Latin cooking classes, art therapy workshops, Latin dances, I can teach Spanish and activities of personal development and entrepreneurship.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am neat and tidy woman who likes to share and respect the personal spaces of others. I can offer good conversations, share my experiences with other cultures, cook vegetarian food and more!I
