ABOUT ME

I want to travel all around the world, see the coolest places and meet coolest people! I also want to learn as much languages as possible! I try to make my life a bit more exciting by going on hikes,
snowshoeing, skiing or doing yoga, but when home I'm usually working a maximum to go on my next trip! I love geocaching and it fits well with my 'passion' for walking/hiking. You need to know that I'm a crazy cat lover..and dogs.. and pretty much all mammals...
I don't drink/smoke and I don't party often, but I am far from boring!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met 3 other CS members for coffee and having fun around town! I couchsurfed two nights in Australia and almost 2 weeks in New Zealand where I had the most incredible host I could have dreamed of! I also became good friends with a girl who found me on CS. We've been inseparable for the months she spent in Canada.

Interests

I'm interested in learning about cultures, places, languages... I tend to appreciate more local places than super touristic attractions. I often prefer animals to humans, unless you show me a cool board game!

Music, Movies, and Books

Favourite movies... Dirty Dancing 2, My Sister's Keeper and 2 Quebec movies: Les pieds dans le vide & De père en flics (Fathers and Guns)

For music, I enjoy music that's always playing on radio, not because it's better than other styles, but because it reminds me about people or places. I'm mostly into reggae, rock (pop, classic or alternative), country and pop.
I love reading adventure books, thrillers and action book. I also have a girly side! (Harry Potter, The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants, The Shopaholics books, the Dan Brown books (Da Vinci Code, Deception Point, Angels and Demons...),the Twilight Serie, and also from Stephenie Meyer: The Host. I recently dsscovered The Girl in The Box by Robert J. Crane.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I survived a 3 days bus ride from Montreal to Vancouver.. and a 60 hours ride back home from Australia to Montreal!! isn't it amazing!?! I decided to jump off a plane (parachute) on an impulse when the bus parked in front of the place. No regrets!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can't accomodate people right now since I live with other people, but I would like to meet with people staying for a while (exchange student/people on working holiday,etc) so we could discover the city together and maybe develop a friendship!
I would love learning to cook a meal from your country!! French is my first language and I will be happy to help you learning it if you wish
