About Me

Living in Rio de Jainero, Brazil 🇧🇷

When I was living and working in Orange County, California in 2016-2018 I discovered my passion for traveling. I saw quite a lot of places within and around the States, but it totally got me when I went backpacking for the first time - 3 months turned into 6 months in India and I truly fell in love with the country.
I looove life, its an incredible journey! I am so thankful for all the experiences I’ve already made and so excited for all the adventures ahead. I’ve been in the process to figure out who I am, what I want and what the purpose of living is. I discovered a lot about myself but there is still so much to learn. That's probably one of the reasons why I am jumping from one into the next adventure, always down for pretty much everything. (Well, I really like to „chill“, too)
I love meeting new people and exploring new places more than anything, but I would consider myself as an introvert and figured I also need alone time. Meeting people is exhausting sometimes and even though I like to be surrounded by people, I’m pretty much happy with my own company, to be just by myself, to hangout or to go on solo trips.
My goal is to travel as much as possible, to try new foods and drinks and to meet locals. - and to make the most of every day! I really like the idea of diving into the cultures and trying to understand different customs and traditions - expand my horizon
Also, I want to speak English even more fluently, learn Spanish and try/learn new things like sports and other fun stuff. I like to go out, to do unplanned, unexpected things, love to see new places and to become speechless about life's incredibly opportunities!

I unfortunately have to write this down now (and probably speak here for a lot of girls):
THIS IS NOT A DATING WEBSITE!
Nor do I have any similar intentions(!!!)
Let’s remind ourselves and keep this beautiful community for cultural exchange, to make friends, share travel stories, inspire each other

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of couchsurfing! It’s a great way to connect with like minded people.
unfortunately I can’t host right now because I am traveling

I’d love to make friends all over the world. To listen to their stories and to have inspiring conversations!

Yes, I like to cook and looove healthy food! Trying to eat as healthy as possible and know a few things about vitamins and so on. (Little note: I’m vegetarian)
For me, a good day starts with a good coffee (even though there is no wrong time for coffee...) and ends with a glass of wine every now and then.

One of many things India taught me: the best plan is to have no plan aka “go with the flow”

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, there’s so much I want to learn/know more about. Here are some examples: spanish language, how to play guitar, star signs, meditation, chakras, spirituality, medical plants, how to cook traditional food in several countries, scuba diving, how to say „cheers“ + „thank you“ in more than 10 languages, dancehall, sustainable living, about different religions and cultures
