Doesn't matter, historical or political or science-fiction or love, if it has something, which brings to you the feeling of the real life, e.g. Rang de Basanti, The Shawshank Redemption, Intouchables, The Fault in Our Stars, The Pianist and more and more...

Books are good, if you can get something out of it. So i don't really have a limit about it either.
