ABOUT ME

Hello everybody !!
I am a French citizen living in Quebec since 2012 and now permanent resident in Canada.
I've had the chance to travel since I was a little girl, even a baby... I'm born in Djibouti and my father was in army, we moved several times.
I think that's why I keep traveling and I'm not afraid to be somewhere I don't know anybody.
I like meeting people from everywhere, sharing experiences, have a good time, discover the world, cultures from everywhere. It's great to see that we can share something with everybody from everywhere!!
I am currently working with First Nations communities in Quebec, Canada in emergency planning. I like it, I learn a lot about their culture and traditions.
My goal is to work with NGOs in international development and humanitarian action to fight injustice.
I define myself as a positive and caring person who is always there for my friends.

Even if I'm quite a lazy person sometimes (I know it's bad but isn't everybody??) I work hard to succeed for having what I want.

I believe that everyone get something to share... experiences, values, way of thinking, ...
I am currently living with a roommate in an appartment and I could perhaps host someone. We have a couch in the living room which can be for two people. I can as well take a drink, a coffee with somebody who wants.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had three experiences with couchsurfing till now. I met a guy with who I took a drink, a meal. It was really interesting to share something with someone I didn't know before. He was a really friendly guy and makes me want to continue to have more experiences with couchsurfing. I really enjoy this time with him. I also went to Liverpool where someone host me. It was really great because he showed me and my friends his town and places I wouldn't have seen without him.
Someone host me in Jasper, Alberta, Canada. Interesting experineces till now.
I hope I will have more experiences !!! Why not with you???

Interests

I want to know everything I can about the world, the people, what happen in the world...
What I like? Hiking, visit new places, swimming and running, going out, dancing (even if I'm not the best!;), musics !

I listen mostly Indie Folk music.
I really like some songs from these groups. I like a lot of songs but most of the time I can't remember the singer or the title...

Books: The last one was "Le monde en stop" from Ludovic Hubler. It's about a guy who decided to go around the world only with his "thumb". He went through many countries, gave many interesting conferences about peace in schools, ...
Really nice book which make you thinking about many things such as peace, religions, cultures, knowledge, various way of thinking according to countries !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best thing, that I saw, was The Rockies in Alberta, Canada !!! I travelled from Jasper to Banff during winter and spring, it was amazing, huge, beautiful !!!
I feel really lucky to have seen this place !!

I went also in Djibouti and Ethiopia which leave me great memories from people who have often nothing but give a lot by their smiles and hospitality.

I hope I could see other beautiful and amazing place like that !!
