I live in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey, and I have studied in Middle East Technical University for 4 years. I am very interested in languages which is my area of study.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Honestly, I have never have a chance to use couchsurfing to meet people from different cultures because I live in a non-touristic city (Ankara) ; I have been in different countries but I stayed at dorm or made daily trips.
If someone visits Ankara, I will be very glad to be tour guide as much as I can.
If I visits your city, I will be very glad to meet you!

Interessen

There are so many areas that I tried or still am trying to be good at. For instance I ve been doing pilates for more than 2 years. I ve been drawing illustrations on tshirts and selling those on web for a long time. I am trying to play ukulele since december. I am also very interested in learning languages and discovering the procedure of learning in minds. and it goes deeper and deeper. I also love travelling but who doesn't?

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

One day,
I and one of my close friends were watching an open-air movie in campus, and the weather was getting cooler so we decided to go back to our dorm. In my campus, hitchhiking is common way to go somewhere in or out of the campus. We started to hitch a ride and one car stopped. We got in the car. The weather was really cold and three more people who were drunk just a little bit got in the car on the road. While all we were in the car, radio was turned on and there was a song that I dont remember right now. One of the drunk friends started to tell something about the song and artistic things. I and my friend liked those friends.
When we came to our dorm, they also came to their stop. They asked us would we like to go with them to FULL MOON DANCE to the hill, they are camping there. At first, we said thank you but no, but after a minute we decided to join them.
We went to moon dance to the hill in the forest at night with these total strangers. And we had lots of fun. We will never forget that day.
