About Me

Hi, I am a happy go lucky sort of person whose passion is travel.
I am from a family of 5 (two sisters and I am the middle child) I grew up in New Zealand until 2011 when I moved to Australia.
I am immensely impressed that there are people willing to open their homes to strangers like myself that could lead to a wonderful friendship from two very different parts of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here to meet new people that are wanting to share/show the beauty of their countries and way of life with me and I believe that the best way to get the most out of travelling to a new country is to do so with someone local who knows the best kept secrets :)

Interests

Travel/exploring/adventure

Music, Movies, and Books

If i had to select one band to listen to for the rest of my life it would be the Foo Fighters however, my music library contains a huge range of genres from country to classical from pop to rock (i'm not a huge fan of rap to heavy metal)
Movies I can watch almost anything! I do love action films and comedies the most
Books, anything that can capture me in the first 2 chapters, the last book I read was the Maze Runner trilogy which I thoroughly enjoyed!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To date the most amazing thing I have done is Skydiving, it is the most incredible feeling in I have ever experienced, the fear that you feel from the initial drop from the plane door to complete joy you feel as you glide about over the stunning views from thousands of feet in the sky, it is one thing that I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to do in their lifetime!

Teach, Learn, Share

What could I teach you?! Possibly how to see there is a positive in every situation no matter how bad it is! I am a very eager learner, I love learning new things about another persons culture or language.
The things that I learn in my life I look forward to sharing with anyone who wishes to listen :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

A polite and respectful attitude and enthusiasm to learn from them about their ways of life.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, India, Italy, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom
