Overview
About Me
I just graduated from Virginia Tech where I majored in Finance. During my time at Virginia Tech I was lucky enough to travel to Israel with other students as well as study abroad in Italy (in a little farm town with a population of around 1000) and travel to a bunch of places in Europe while I was there!
I believe that we each exist to make a positive impact on the lives of others and we all have something unique and special to offer the world.
I think nature is awesome so I love hiking, even though I'm not athletic or fit at all and I'm a really slow hiker. So if you don't mind hiking slowly and really taking in the nature, then we should hike together! I also love water and all the activities related to water (kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, swimming, etc.). I love the beach and I'm lucky enough to live near the beach in Virginia.
I fell in love with traveling and I work to be able to afford new travels. My bucket list of places is infinite. I'm always accepting recommendations for new destinations too so I love to hear about everyone else's travels!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm very new to Couchsurfing and I'm excited for my first Couchsurfing experience in Norway! I love traveling and learning about other cultures and I know the best way to do that is through meeting the locals who love their home and their culture! That's why I want to couchsurf, to make local friends! I think any traveller who's willing to host another traveller for free just to make a new friend from a new place is the kind of person I want to be friends with! I also like the fact that it's free because then I can afford to actually do things and eat things in the places I visit!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
After spending the night in a tent with Bedouins in the Negev Desert in Israel, I hiked Mt. Masada at 4am to watch the sunrise. It changed my life!
