About Me

Living in a treehouse in Hana, Hawaii with my jungle boyfriend Josh. We couchsurfed when we were on the mainland and want to extend out our gratitude for people coming our way as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people who may be able to show us exciting places that we may not have found on our own. Just making new friends and memories in general. We're pretty much down for anything, good times and good energy is what we flow to!

Interests

Going on adventures, painting, drawing, cooking, checking out new music (festivals or otherwise), hula hooping, being in the sun, reading, learning.

Josh plays the drum and dabbles in all percussion. He is also bomb at making wire wraps and is a modern day Tarzan who has lived in the jungle for the past three years.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: chill wave electro-funk, psychedelic, bluegrass, R&B, anything progressive or sounds new to my ears. I'm big on Soundcloud so listen to tons of different artists and styles. Love The Avalanches new album.

Movies: Waking Life, Scott Pilgrim vs the World, Edge of Tomorrow, Sucker Punch, Wes Anderson movies, Marvel movies for the most part.. too many to name, can't we talk about this in person 🙂.

Books: Fantasy/sci-fi for the most part. Favorite book is Chronicles of Tao by Deng Ming-Dao . It's a life-changing spiritual journey that you go on. Never read another book like it and is especially helpful if you want to learn about Taoism because it is as informative as it is capturing and imaginative.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Left my 9-5 advertising job in Philadelphia December of last year and haven't been happier, Live a simple sustainable life in the jungle of Maui now and love it and love my little community

PHILOSOPHY

Do what feels right, not what others make you feel is right.

If everyone gave everything they had we would all have enough of everything!

What I Can Share with Hosts

We love when people come visit us in Hawaii. We live in a treehouse (you'll see in our prof. pictures) in Hana, Maui and treat it like a travelers hub for good peeps so if you decide to come visit we will show you the most beautiful of places and the time of your life!

Also, cook, clean, art, music, stories, face-painting, wire wraps. Made some coloring books recently as well.
