About Me
Eager to learn and to finally start traveling!!! I am not as well traveled as the majority of y'all on here, so be gentle ;)
Currently working as a User Interface designer at a startup company here in NYC. I am originally from Louisville, Kentucky. I love all things design, art, music, and nature.
My friends say I'm laid-back, and I agree. Open-minded, honest, loyal, and a good sense of humor.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
From poking around a bit, the community here seems really solid and filled with amazing people. I wish I could offer up my home, but my roommates would not abide - though if I had my own place, I'd be totally down. I'd love to meet up with some of you traveling here in NYC or when I am traveling.
Interests
Dancing: House, Techno, warehouse parties, secret parties, house parties... Have music = will dance!
Nature: Topics in sustainability are of great interest to me. Learning how and finding ways we can live symbiotically with the earth and it's inhabitants instead of depleting it's resources.
Also love animals, and have a special interest in frogs.
Design/Art: Finding solutions to daily design problems in web and mobile. Creating and discovering art in our everyday lives.
