ABOUT ME

I'm an art technology student studying near the New York City, born in Las Vegas and raised in Texas. I'm experimental, creative individual, deeply into philosophy, conversation and theories. I enjoy spontaneous activities and is willing to do anything for an awesome time. I have an eccentric personality and love meeting genuine people with interesting perspectives and a great enthusiasm about life. I am a very caring and dependable person who isn't afraid to let go and be crazy. I am outgoing, love conversation, and seriously know how to chill.

I like to illustrate, do arts and crafts, listen to music, watch movies, read and write and I freak out when I don't get a chance everyday to go outdoors and walk around. I love exploring my surroundings and I will put down everything to go out with my friends, hang out, and go on unplanned adventures in NYC. I am very detail orientated and can focus on a simple task for endless hours at a time. I do not need familiarity I do not enjoy familiarity, I enjoy mental and physical challenges and I crave all things bizarre and unusual! I am very easy going and am always willing to have a good time!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will have an apartment 5 minutes away from NYC starting in May but I will be traveling in Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, and all around Asia this summer. However between now till the end of June and when I get back in September I am willing to bring anyone around NYC and meet up to chill and show them the best spots! My friends and I are very open minded people and are constantly partying and adventuring, anyone is welcome to join!

I love music, particularly experimental swing-jazz-triphop-folk-Russian gypsy-punk combined rock and old twenties to fifties music.

I have an avid knowledge about films, my particular interest is in dystopian, apocalyptic, psychological, surreal and philosophical movies.
I Heart Huckabees, Brazil, Life Aquatic, Truman Show, Being John Malkovich, Barton Fink, Eraserhead, The Darjeeling Limited, Mulholland Drive, Memento, 12 Monkeys, Scanner Darkly, Clockwork Orange, Cube, La Jetee, Tokyo!, The Graduate, Paprika, Dark City, Battle Royale, Psycho, Pi, Waking Life, Black Swan, Blue Velvet... it literally goes on forever.

I love getting obsessed with ideas and currently I am fully intrigued with researching survivalist and self sustaining lifestyles. I am also very interested in Japanese culture and am currently trying to learn the language!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I was a professional dancer in my sophomore year of high school and toured to nine countries and 50 major cities around the world. I have been an active traveler my whole life and I am an activist for human rights in third world countries.
