About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel through Europe and enjoy every minute of it. To meet new people, see new things, try new foods, and to love life : )
ABOUT ME
Currently I am studying abroad in Bulgaria and am using this time to travel as much as possible. I am a fairly outgoing, determined person with a strong desire to see and experience new things. I love to be challenged and like to take the road less traveled. I'm a mountain girl at heart and always feel at home when a mountain is close by. I am in love with cooking and absolutely love learning new recipes from people. I love meeting people from all backgrounds and enjoy making a new friend. I'm really just a 21 yr. old girl who is trying to see the world and experience new cultures. It has been my dream since I was about 13 to backpack through Europe and right now I am living that dream : )
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm a beginner, but after hearing about everyone's amazing experiences I thought I would give it a go!
Interests
I LOVE to cook and eat. Cooking is a big part of my family and they have definitely passed that love for food down to me. I also really enjoy reading books, and being outside. I enjoy walking, hiking and running but also enjoy relaxing and watching movies.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music- Bon Iver, The National, Need to Breathe, Beatles, John Foreman, Brad Paisley and much much more.
Books- anything Historical!! I'm a librarian's daughter so I grew up with books and I can just never get enough!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the coolest things I have ever seen in my life was during a peak hike in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado. We were taking a break and when I looked out into the mountains I saw a herd of Elk running down a mountain side...it was really beautiful.
I recently traveled to Melnik, Bulgaria and was able to eat and experience a real homemade Bulgarian meal from our wonderful, generous host. I was amazed and very appreciative of her generosity and thoroughly enjoyed trying the new foods and of course taking pictures of all of it.
Teach, Learn, Share
I believe that everything you learn no matter how small is important. Every moment is a moment for sharing and learning...I think couch surfing is brilliant because not only do you get to experience new places but you get to meet and learn from new people and that is just great.
