About Me
WE LIVE IN BERLIN
My husband Jb, his brother Charles, and I just ended a bicycle trip from Luxembourg to Berlin. We are now ready to host couchsurfers in Berlin.
Even if it is important for the three of us to live/be together we nonetheless have highly different personalities (you will discover more about it by meeting us). We are driven by the same fierce to learn about cultures. I am more into identity/ race/ postenvironmentalism - I want to do everything at the same time without having to choose (quite Challenging) - Charles is crazy about music/ events/ com / he would like to work again in a Radio as he did in Luxembourg or in a cultural centre - Jb is perhaps the brain of our life project :) he is calm and think a lot about complex thinkings simultaneously/ he would like to better understand urban agriculture in Berlin at the moment. We are young graduates from French business school (attentive to the "others" though) and Jb and I just completed our master's degree in environment and sustainable development in the university college of London. Jb and I have lived and studied in China as well/ all three have lived/ worked and consider Luxembourg as "home"/ and had an amazing experience living and working for few months in Lao PDR. So yes we think sometimes/ studied/ worked hard in various places/ but mainly we feel together and would like to pursue this wonderful adventure in the great city of Berlin!

Music, Movies, and Books
All three of us have different tastes concerning music, movies and literature although we share the same interest for discovering new talents. We have in most our travels enjoyed the cultural mixes between local and western culture resulting in effusion of sensations and ways of expressions. Charles is particularly found of music, playing piano since the age of 6 he loves the confrontation between his classic education and more groovy rhythmics. He notably worked as a radio show animator in Luxembourg. I am more of an opportunist in terms of arts - I cry in front of "les amours imaginaires" as I scream instead of singing listening to Lauryn hill or Barbara. Jb loves books and is currently reading about permaculture, listens to 90s hip-hop and 70s rock bands as well as music from here and there, from Mali to Japan or Columbia.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Be invited in a deprived Kazakh settlement in Xinjiang, the Muslim region of China to spend 4 days dancing, laughing, eating dry meat ( quite extraordinary for vegetarians), and drinking beers in the middle of Ramadan.
Teach, Learn, Share
Share good vibes, wine, creative meals (mainly vegetarian/organic), hint of craziness and lack of logics. - there is nothing more rooted in logics than replacing misconceptions by truths. My main understanding so far is that there is nothing that one can t do when there is someone to give one a hand- the opportunity to fulfill one's dreams and then to dream bigger.
Then about teach and learn it is a non-sens to us as we consider being constantly learning about something.
