About Me

I am a citizen of the world and child of mother earth.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the best way to broaden your horizon is to hang out with people who are not your age nor your ethnicity and whose first language isn't the same as yours. And couchsurfing is a really good way to do so.

Interests

Singing, dancing, going to concerts & music festivals, watching movies, reading, writing, drawing, painting, taking pictures, travelling, yoga & meditation, running, working out, hiking, taking a ride on the bike, crafting, cooking, eating, being alone, being with the people I love.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music, movies and books to me are the most important things in life. What is life without art?
When it comes to music, I don't draw lines between genres or artists. All music that comes from the soul is worth noticing to me. You can see me at rock concerts, hip-hop parties, reggae festivals, techno raves, jazz and classical concerts, always dancing front row or listening with my eyes closed, always enjoying the music.
Same to movies, where do I start? There are so many masterpieces, depending on from which perspective you watch them: Star Wars, Studio Ghibli movies, Tarantino's works, Birdman, El Abrazo de la Serpiente, Fight Club, Juno, Walk The Line, Interstellar, Ciudad de Deus, Forrest Gump ... the list ist long.
Regarding books I am a big fan of classic german literature - my favourite authors are Kafka, Hesse and Süskind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done many amazing things in my life, but my month living in the Amazonian jungle, far away from civizilation, without electricity, running water, mirrors or clocks, but instead with beautiful dogs, butterflies, bats and beetles, was the best time of my life so far.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning new things. Each day, I try to boarden my horizon and my set of skills. Currently, I am focusing on learning the guitar and becoming an even better yogi.
