About Me

Anti-routine person who wants to keep out multitasking (currently working on that). Passionate for learning but (still learning how to breath 🙃/having new experiences/meeting new places and people. Food lover. Pro-real food 👩🏻‍🌾. Science geek. Fitness/wellness enthusiast 🏋🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🤺. Human friendly/pet friendly. Super-skilled for the best findings 🤟🏽 (it may sound too narcissistic but had to recognize that this applies for many things, including nice people :) and tacos! 🌮 + nice thrifts and stuff as a hobby). Huge fan of mezcalitas (update: without alcohol because I don’t drink anymore) and cannoli’s.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Started as a need for a couch and eventually found it as a good way to try to help travelers to get a memorable experience when visiting Tijuana so I decided to offer my skills (context in the previous section) to show around nice spots in the city.
Please note that my profile is not verified. I have been on CS since 2013, you can take a look at my reviews over the past years.

Interests

Any mind-blowing stuff.
Spending time with nature and meeting new people, new places and learning about many topics, particularly health and wellness.
Currently interested in being fluent in the universal language. And no, I’m not talking about English, I’m talking about empathy and unconditional love.

Childfree, but please, tell me about your dog!

FYI: not interested in dating, in case you’re wondering. Please note that is not a dating app.

Music, Movies, and Books

This is the most difficult part like when I have to choose between my favorite dessert…

For music it depends on the mood, but if I had to choose I would say Washed Out.

Movies: drive, catch me if you can, the pianist, zodiac. All from Wes Anderson and many more.

Books: H. Murakami and J. Krishnamurti are my favorite authors. Couldn’t choose one book in particular so, sorry for that, CS.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I thought last section was the most difficult. But I was wrong. This is!

It may be surviving from a flight where the engine got broke? Because also, I got free tickets for another one. I guess it was a sign that I must live to travel 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Teach, Learn, Share

Absolutely, pretty please. Tell me more.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Tacos (like the real ones!). Or ceviche (which is my fav food, btw) The original Caesar salad? (Did you know that it was born in TJ?). A margarita? (Of course, they’re from Baja, too. But at this point you must know I prefer mezcalitas). Or probably a good coffee and even real food from a health enthusiast.
