Recently moved out of California after living in Sunny San Diego for nearly 90% of my life. Now living in the coldest place in Florida!

I never really traveled until this past winter for a Study Abroad program in Estonia and Russia (of all places). A little skeptical at first but with thorough research used Couchsurfing as a precursor to the program when we were in Helsinki, Finland for a night. I have to say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Since then I've had the travel bug, I am unable to host people overnight, but as a San Diego native can point you in the right direction. If you're ever in San Diego, and need some insight on where to go and/or what to do feel free to leave a message.

Climbed the Duomo in Florence in the morning and the Giotto Campanile in the evening.

Walked Vienna; 10 miles a day for two days!

Always willing to learn a new language or at least the basic phrases.

San Diego transportation is not up to par with other cities around the world, especially compared to Europe. Yes, you can take the trolley but you're better off with a car or taking an Uber since various parts of SD are only accessible by those means of transportation or taking a bus.
