ABOUT ME

I have two college degrees, one is finances and international relations and the other one is international business administration.

I got married with Nicolas Reines in July 2016 and we have a beautiful family with two dogs, i had tequila before i met him, she is a beautiful fox terrier and he had jacques daniels a beautiful bichón frisé, we are now a family of 4 and now we are expecting our baby.

Nicolas and i have our own company, the name is Sommos Experiences, we do consolting for top restaurants in Colombia, he is Sommelier, one of the best in the country and i work with reservations and delivery service for restaurants also. We are trying to expand our business and make of it the best, we love to share out culture and meet new people also.

If you guys want to stay with us, this is the moment cause our family will have a new member in September - Octuber and by then we won't be able to host people, so leave us a message, we might be able to have you home.

PHILOSOPHY

I live every moment, i live the present and just hope to be able to make the right desicions for the future. I like to enjoy every second of my life. I am a very sensitive person, i love frendship relations and i am very thanksfull with those who are around me. I love my family and think that they are the most important in my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, i started my couchsurfing experience traveling around Europe while i was living in Toulouse. It was amazing because you can go to cities and see it with a local and people that are just great and love to share with you their cultures and life.

Now that i live with my husband, i am able to host people and that is also WONDERFUL, i love to meet them, have them home, show them our country, our culture. I love to share points of view, and like the entire experience of having someone different from your culture home. We travel a lot for work, so there will be days that we won't be around.

Couchsurfing is the best oportunity for those as me that love to meet people and learn about different cultures. We actually don't request to stay with couch surfers in a long time, we might do it someday, we will see about it when the time gets us the opportunity to go in an adventure.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All i can say is that the types of experiences i enjoy the most are the ones where the surfers that are comming to our place send nice request messages, they want to meet you and share time with you.

On the other hand when i am the one surfing, i love when i go to a place where they really take the time to meet you, share some time with you. I know that we all have life and we work or study but if you are in this comunity you will have at least one night or 2 hours to spend time with your surfers. Thats what i do!!!

Interests

I love to spend time with my family, go out to dinner, no parties that much but i love to dance. Nicolas loves wines and i do to, so we like to make different gastronomy experiences.

I am also interested in learning about different countries, languages and cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music? i am not that kind of person that remembers the singers name or the songs name jaja but i just put the radio and enjoy everything. I love to salsa dance though.

I love netflix so i do watch a lot of shows with Nicolas, i like crime scene investigation, politics shows too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living as an exchange student in Indiana USA, i lived over there with an american host family and that is the most beutiful experience i have ever had. My american family was the most great family that could ever come into my exchange year. They are totaly part of my life and i am a part of theirs. we shared everything, personal thoughts, life stiles, love, cultures and we learn that exchanges are not easy but are meanfull.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am hoping the learn as much as i can from those who are in my same page, those who want to share their cultures and their personal views. I am a totaly open minded person and cant wait to share all that i have with those who want to learn and share.

We have an extra room with a doble bed, they will be there very confortable!
