ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Paris, but come from Northern France, Picardie. My family taught me the love for the land and for good natural products and I loved to find out how they can nicely be cooked in a plate accompanied by good wine. You’ll see my eyes lighting up as soon as you start to talk about gastronomy or adventure.
