About Me

My motto:
🦎BEST intentions are BETTER than NO intentions🦎

I live in the French Riviera in France.

I’m half Filipino, half Mexican, born in Hong Kong and grew up in England and now living the dream in the French Riviera!

PHILOSOPHY

Have a good argument and I'm all ears ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Pretty new to this, but I’m a fast learner! Looking to crash somewhere while I visit places. Maybe make friends on the way.

Interests

I have many interests but here are my main ones (so not to bore you to death)..

Academic interests are: Reading, Writing, Audiobooks (LOTS), emojis, psychology or anything with the brain - I’m also a Vegan Eating Mindset Coach.

I help meat-eaters discover JOY in EATING WITHOUT dieting, QUIT animal products and QUIT vegan junk food by REWIRING the brain to learn healthier habits, so they can live healthier, happier and GUILT-FREE💪🏽🙌🏽💃🏻🦎

Music: Snow Patrol, Stereophonics, Band of Horses, Damien Rice, Paolo Nutini, Sigur Ros, Saycet, Kwoon, Calvin Harris, One Republic, Counting Crows, Lisa Gerrard, Enigma, Vitalic, All House music, Some Dub music .. a variety really as tend to love songs/ music collaborations rather than artists themselves but the above named ones I tend to like most of their material ;-)

Books: Da Vinci Code (especially the beginning with all the scientific facts), The Secret dream of a Shopaholic (for the laughter!), The Beach (I read this years before I went traveling!), a lot of biographies including Richard Branson, Terry Waite & The Boy called "IT", The Road Less Traveled, The Unbearable Lightness of Being (which I think I'll need to read again) and a lot of Neurology types of books (I love psychology), Brain over Binge (awesome book not only for BED but general neuroscience in laymen’s terms!), Atomic Habits, Scrum, Time Management made simple, Lucky Bitch all the books by Denise, The E-Myth, High Performance Habits, The China Study, How not to die,

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the most memorable experience that stands out to mind is my traveling experience in South East Asia for 7 months. Broke my foot twice within that time, learnt to drive a 250cc Yamaha Big Boys bike in 5 minutes then went on a motorbike tour, met AMAZING people from all walks of life and swam with plankton in the darkest night sky and I felt like I was in a world like "Avatar"... AND passed my FULL licence to ride any size motorbike!
