ABOUT ME

Hello, I am from Ireland but I have been living abroad for the past almost 6 years, currently in Stockholm, Sweden where I am doing a PhD in Digital Civics and Sustainable Interaction Design focusing on food systems.

I love to travel and to meet new people so couch surfing has been a wonderful experience for me through which I not only had great connections but also made life long friends!

I am trying to live low impact and minimally, while still having a great time. I'm really interested in food (eating, cooking, sharing, rescuing through dumpster diving etc)

I teach guitar and could probably teach a bit of ukulele, and I can wiggle my ears! don't know if you that teach that it might just be a gift, but i'll try! I also have a few cooking tips and recipes up my sleeve :)
