ABOUT ME

Hey! I'm Melly nice to meet you! I'm a 24 year old Aussie girl, living in Canada. I'm chilled out and easy going. I get along with pretty much anyone and would love to share stories about travels. I'm a vegetarian, a smoker, and I love food! If your not vegetarian that's not a problem...I'm not the sort of person to push it on you...unless you want me to :) I love nature, but not into hiking although I do like to wander with no destination. I like to sit and stare at the mountains, or the trees, watch the rain fall & enjoy some drinks with my mates Peace!

PHILOSOPHY

Never judge a book by its cover! Infact, I hate when people judge others fullstop.... people have many layers so get to know them first then make your decision. I try and see things from everyones point of view, never take sides unless you know the full story. Acceptance

I've donated to CS, I've surfed in some awesome amazing places in Canada and met the most awesome people doing it. CS has opened my eyes to a whole new world... what a great thing!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I CS'd when I first got to Canada on the east coast in Toronto, Halifax, PEI, Quebec City & Montreal... all of my hosts were unreal and I couldn't believe how people I didn't even know were so willing to help out and give me a place to stay. We had some good cook ups and laughs and heard some awesome stories.. loved it!

The Alchemist!... I was couch surfing at Prince Edward Island and my hosts gave me this book... first book i've read in years and have passed it onto other people to read. I love funny movies and dramas. I enjoy alot of different styles of music at the moment i'm into reggae and dubstep and plenty of other styles.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

When i was visiting Switzerland in a small town called Saas Grund, I took the lifts right to the top of the mountain to have a look at the amazing view. When i went to get the lift back down I realised the chair lifts had stopped so I spent 4 hours walking down the mountain alone and unprepared. Trying to find the safest way to climb down massive rocks on a cliff ontop of the mountain which was 4500m above sea level... wow what an adventure!
