CURRENT MISSION
meet my challengers head on
ABOUT ME
I seem to be better friends with the silly, ridiculous, loud & more playful folk. If we were at a party and a small child was around I would probably spend a good portion of my time discussing important matters like Peter Pan movies, Dr. Seuss books, and the best icecream flavor ever. I blame my mother for having me attend camp after school in the same complex in which she taught preschool. Other than loving babies, I like to doodle-dance(i mean. REALLY. dance)-ride around on my bike in the late hours when motorists are few & far between-escape to the forest for swimming when work/school allow-get my live music fix (& dance some more) meet people who inspire me to grow grow grow- & take little steps to create a better living space for those around & for myself. I have the habit of asking lot's of annoying questions- but don't mind being told to please shut up. I'm on the track to study art therapy, but have a secret thing with Lit on the side. I also collect mugs, so if you do end up visiting (& happen to have a mug)- maybe we can work something out...I've got some great stickers tucked away, ayee ayyeee??
PHILOSOPHY
I want to explode with love. Hah!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have space to lend to the vagabond in you! & like to fill hungry bellies with my experimental meals!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first experience couchsurfing was as a sub-host (my roomate at the time had the webpage) for two very friendly and energetic cross-country bikers. Having strangers stay and almost immediately reaching friend-dom was so uplifting and unifying I knew it would become more of a habit. I got to be on the other end of things as a guest for two equally entertaining and fabulous hosts while road tripping with my sister along the east coast- there's something to be said about coming home in a brand new town after a long days journey, motels will never have their kitchy charm with me anymore.
Interests
Oh you know, the usual. Books-films-music-cooking&baking healthy & nummy goodness-dancing&whistling&snapping my fingers- meeting newsies, being a newsie- silent libraries & people's pets- antique chairs as well as really really really bad art- knowing that in the exact spot I am standing there are several thousand single blades of grass I have yet to notice individually.
