Hi All,

We are a French couple currently living in Cumbria. We spent 3 years in Manchester. We enjoy good food and drinks (especially wine, beer and whisky). We love travelling and meeting new people. When we are not working we like going hiking and travelling to discover more of UK.

We only host during week-end (from friday night to sunday) because of our long working day so please don't send me a request if you want to stay during the week. We don't host people who don't want spend time with us or who are just looking for a place to put their baggage during one day or are in transit between 2 cities. We are not an Hotel so please don't send me a request if you don't want exchange more than two words with us. We are welcoming you in our house so please be respectful.

We want to meet people, share activities or visit some places with them or just discuss around a drink or a good meal. We also want to use couchsurfing to visit place in UK and learn more about the british culture.

Intereses

I love cooking and I will be happy to cook for you. I also love tea and I have plenty of teas in my house from black to white. I enjoy reading, photography and visiting place. Matthieu loves playing football and Xbox ha ha. He also likes to discuss about political sciences, geopolitics.
We do some yoga, swimming at our local gym club during our free time and when the weather is nice we like to go for a hike or outdoor activities in Lake District.
We are members of the national trust and try to visit one of their properties at least once a month.
