I was born and raised in Texas with a loving and supportive family by my side. In 2013 my French teacher took me and five other students to Paris. She triggered my passion and dreams of traveling. Since I have been accepted to a small private school in Indiana, I have driven/adventured through and visited quite a few states and it looks like I have some scheduled visits to a few countries in my near future. I love meeting new people and learning/being taught with/by others. People and the world are my passion.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have three more years left until I graduate from a small private college in Indiana. Until then, I will be driving all over the place and even after I don't really plan to stop traveling. It's always nice to have the option of meeting and staying with new people. I also met some couch surfers at a family-friend shindig. One, who told me his name was Ivy, touched a place in my heart. If I could meet more people like Ivy and maybe even stumble across him again, I think it would be kind of awesome.

Interests

I'm a prospective English major and music minor (possibly double-minoring in philosophy). I love to read, explore, learn, think, and my guilty pleasure is binge-watching all sorts of things on Netflix.
