50 states of America in six months!

ABOUT ME

I'm originally an actress, photographer and writer. I LOVE traveling so Im writing a blog about traveling the 50 states with my assistant Candace in a small SUV called THE FLAG RAV with The American Flag Painted on it. We are trying to complete all 50 states in the next six months. I'm ambitious and trying to shoot a documentary about the American dream as well. I am interviewing many Americans in every state about "What is their dream?" and "What do they think the American Dream is?" among a few other questions. I figure If I'm going to travel all 50 states then I want to shoot something inspiring about America. Its my first documentary and I'm challenged everyday to make sure batteries are charged. Sound is clear with no hiccups, the lenses are in focus, the right questions are asked. Its a hard project, but all I can see is the future.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to reach out to other Couch Surfers and connect with their stories. Travelers fascinate me because I find them to be the most experienced people in the world. They have open minds and treat other travelers well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm pleasantly surprised to discover that the couch surfing community is so nice, welcoming, trusting and genuine. I love it how they pay it forward to strangers and help the weary traveler along through their journeys. Couch surfing has been such a lovely discovery and I want to meet more couch surfers because they are Amazing people!
