ABOUT ME

My life so far has been a series of (usually) fortunate accidents, taking me to places that I never thought I would end up in, and allowing me to meet people that I never dreamed of meeting. So far, so good. My 29 (and a little bit) years on this earth have been filled with happiness, love, music and adventure, and I don't expect this to change anytime soon.I often tell myself that my life is a big fat mess, but it's a beautiful one. No, seriously. And if you feel you can add some more beautiful messy things to it, please go ahead. I'm always willing to expand my horizons by travelling more and more, so I hope I'll meet you on my way! (PS: I also spend my time going to concerts - usually in Brussels, sometimes in the rest of Belgium, sometimes in other countries - so if that's your thing too, we might get along well)

PHILOSOPHY

1. Always look on the bright side of life.

2. No regrets. If I want something, I usually go for it. Sometimes I hesitate, but most of the time, I end up doing it. At times it doesn't work, but at least I know that I won't torture myself knowing that I didn't try. (And usually, it actually DOES work. Great source of happiness.)

Interests

Art, music, literature. Languages. Learning things about other cultures, about other people. Introducing people to our amazing Belgian beer. :D Smiling. Making other people smile. TRAVELLING... of course.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach French, Dutch and English. Maybe the basics of Czech, but it would be safer to ask a "real" Czech-speaking person. :D

I'm learning Czech and Polish, and am interested in Spanish and Italian (and Portuguese, and in picking up some German again, and... Ah, just teach me whatever you can in any language and I'll probably love it).

(Also, if you can teach me how to play the ukulele, I think we're gonna be friends!)
