ABOUT ME

Hey, I'm Mark, the creator and writer of Zen Habits | Ikebana, Tea Ceremony & Shanghai Homestay. I 'm married with two kids (William & Jensen), we live in Jiading (A hidden Jewel with Confucius Temple and beautiful Gardens in northwest suburb of Shanghai), I’m a pedestrian , believe in vegetarianism and diet for health.
Essie,my wife, is a ikebana specialist, also good at tea ceremony, now Essie begin to play Guqin, a seven-stringed plucked instrument in some ways similar to the zither .at the same time, Essie begin to learn children massage, it is a traditional Chinese medical science,it can cure children's fever.
Anyway, When you travel to Shanghai, welcome to Jiading to have a cup of tea!
