On weekdays I busy. My guest must leave my apartment when I go out my home. And my guest may comeback my apartment after me. I means. I can’t left guest alone in my apartment. Best If somebody request me to stay my apartment on weekends ( Saturday and Sunday) On weekends I can help explore Ulaanbaatar.
I can give some advice about what to do/to see in Ulaanbaatar. I can accommodate a guest for a maximum of 3 nights.
