Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Enjoy life, be aware of what is going on around me, looking for possibilities to change the world.
ABOUT ME
I am a relaxed and open-minded person who has some life experience but who is still feeling like a young boy who wants to discover the world.
PHILOSOPHY
Nichts anstreben - nichts ablehnen! - Don't aim for a certain goal but don't refuse an offer.
"Es gibt nichts Gutes, außer man tut es." (Erich Kästner)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
CS is a network where I can give other people sort of certainty and safety to find a place to stay or help, if needed. It is an excellent platform to exchange information about the place you want to go, and I really like the idea to give the others an idea of who you are and what you are doing.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
As a student, I traveled with only a few bucks in my pocket. I was happy when somebody was interested in me and my travel and gave me a place to stay for a night. It is just a little thing but more valuable than an all-inclusive hotel. By this way of travel I could take a look in other people's life - just for a short moment. That taught me a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I quit my job after 10 years of working and went to South America to learn Spanish, to work for a NGO and to travel around Argentina, Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador to get to know different regions, histories, cultures & mentalities.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how life was in East Germany, how life is in Dresden and how important it is to travel to face different mentalities and cultures. I can teach you German as well.
I want to learn (and practise) languages and a little bit about you and your life.
I want to share your and my experience of traveling, our points of view concerning life in general and - of course - some time to enjoy company and life.
