ABOUT ME

I grew up in a village in Germany until my family got scattered. After I finished my high school degree (Abitur) I didn't like to stay in Germany. And as I had to do my civil service, which was compulsory in Germany, I had the chance to volunteer one year in India (Chennai, Tamil Nadu). Even though I didn't like to work with aged or disabled persons, my only chance to get out of Germany was to live in a community where "normal" people share their lives with "mentally retarded". So I took it.
After a year full of experiences and adopting to Indian circumstances, I felt quite difficult to live in Germany again. The silence scared me a lot, when I came back from India. I felt like being in a dream. Shortly after I had even doubts whether it was only a dream.
After I slowly started to work on my experiences. But after 3 months I couldn't stay any longer at my fathers house and so I decided to hitch-hike to France, where I stayed 4 months. This was my first really hitch-hiking experience. After I decided to apply for medicine when my sister who is a midwife asked me: "Why don't you become a doctor. I need someone who can do a caesarean." So that is how I became a medicine student!

PHILOSOPHY

There is one ability which is connecting all the people in the world: I call it humanity - others call it god, brahman, allah, ... . I believe, the meaning of the human life is to figure out, what is meant by humanity and how to live it.

My first time I surfed in France and I was so happy to meet people who are ready to share whatever they got for the sake of meeting, giving a helping hand and inspiring each other

I am interested in meeting a lot of different people. I heard once a wise girl saying, that a flower garden is much more beautiful if there are a variety of different flowers in it.

I could teach language I already know, to knit and play the ukulele - even if you would fast get better than me!!!

I would really like to learn to speak tamil, arabic and turkish. Also I would like to learn to play the bagpipes.
