ABOUT ME

I'm the type of person who makes a really intensely researched itinerary when traveling, but only does one thing on it & then throws it away to just let the day happen. I am an artist living in Toledo, Spain. I'm more comfortable in a quiet place where I can relax with coffee and a good conversation. I do enjoy a good night out bar hopping & dancing but tend to avoid party hostels (yikes not my comfort zone/happy place). I love seeing new cultures and learning about all the beautiful places this amazing world has. I'm a bookworm art kid vegetarian music lover by heart ,and I love having new experiences and traveling.

PHILOSOPHY

Love each other, think for yourself, live & learn because life is amazing. I think it's important to be open to new things but to not forget where you came from. I want to live a life I am proud of full of love, fun, learning, good people, good food, and good travels !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm shy but I'm good company, I love to talk about anything and everything! I'm not the best cook but I can help out, I've been a strict vegetarian for over 10 years and so have learned my way around a kitchen somewhat. I must be ok, people ask me to teach them simple things I cook... I got my roommate hooked on green smoothies and homemade lentil veggie soup.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't know what to say, except...why did I wait so long to do this? What was I afraid of? Couchsurfing is such an enriching experience I can not stop talking about couchsurfing and recommending it to all my friends!

Interests

Recently started running his past year and love it (two 10ks and hoping to train my slow self for a half marathon!), traveling, art, nature,friends & family, reading,connecting with the human race, learning, going to concerts, enjoying the simple and amazing things in life, having fun.

Been part of a nomadic military family during my childhood moving from South Carolina, Sicily, North Chicago, Aurora Colorado, Alabama, St. Louis Missouri.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: English is my primary language so if you want to practice English? I don't know. I can also create in many different art mediums if you'd like to collaborate on something I'd be open to it!

Learn: Spanish! Portuguese! Choctaw! Any language. Your culture, your city, I love to learn everything. So many more things to learn.
