Hi salut hallo ciao marhaba!

I spent the past two years on the French Riviera and now technically live in NYC but actually live in the library, all in the name of education: I'm pursuing a dual-bachelors degree (from Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris, but the Middle East campus in Menton, and Columbia University) in political science and Middle Eastern studies. I'm very passionate about human rights as well, and see law school on my trajectory at some point. I'm fluent in French, and learning German, Arabic, and Italian. I always love to practice any and all of these languages.
I love traveling, meeting new people, learning languages, and cooking. I'm an avid runner and swimmer and I also really enjoy yoga. I grew up doing a lot of theatre, like singing, and relax through drawing/painting.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that the concept of Couchsurfing is pretty cool as it encapsulates the best part of traveling: the people that you meet and the insight that you are hopefully lucky enough to glean into the local culture.

I really enjoy cooking and definitely can share some of my recipes with a host.

I'm very friendly, up for anything, and pretty easy-going. I am vegetarian, but I can definitely show you some awesome vegetarian recipes.
