Overview
About Me
I am a recent graduate of the College of Charleston. I am an artist, working primarily with paint, and love art in all forms. I studied psychology, but am also very interested in philosophy, spirituality, and holistic well being. I am a very open minded, friendly person, and I love good conversations. I love to learn, about anything and everything. I am also a crazy cat lady, and have 2 cuddle muffin kitties. I am slightly goofy (very) and enjoy dry humor.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I just graduated college and want to spread my wings and see the world. I feel like the best way to gain perspective is through traveling, and the best way to travel is to have people who know the area help to guide you. I think that couch surfing would be really cool because it would help me to meet friends all over the world, and learn about places from a native perspective. I also think that hotels are overpriced and frankly I can't afford to stay in them and save for graduate school. Finally, this world is freakin beautiful and I want to explore it, and I think that couch surfing is the best way to do it!
Interests
I love to dance, and I love live music. I do not like large crowds. My favorite things to do involve being active and being outside. I love to cycle, do yoga, and hike. More than anything, I love being out in nature, away from the fast paced, technology driven world. I have an interest in holistic wellness and nutrition, and love to eat healthy. Can i get a kale yeah? However, I am not vegan, gluten free or any of that stuff. I enjoy the decadent things in life, and will rarely say no to quality chocolate, cheese or wine. I also love cats, reading, and like the smell of cedar wood and old books.
