I'm doing well in life. I have a good job, nice friends, lovely family and cute dogs. Airplane, internet and telephone are miracles of technology. I am a traveler. I am also myopic. I enjoy design and décor... sun and rain... I need translation to most of jokes I hear. I am curious and I like to meet people all around.

I participate by offering my couch for now. I do make every attempt to assist those passing through the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, since I am in CS (since what? One week?!) I so far have had one experience. Very nice one indeed. Hosted a citizen from Rio Branco during four days.

About movies it is hard to tell. I enjoy all from classics to fiction.

Books are my delight – difficult to say my favorite. I am a big fan of Latin American authors – just to remember some: Gabriel Garcia Marques, Pablo Neruda, Mario Vargas Llosa, Isabel Allende, Jorge Luis Borges and so many others.

From Brazil we have also so many: Erico Verissimo (my favorite), Mario Quintana, João Ubaldo Ribeiro, Luiz Fernando Verissimo, Martha Medeiros, Clarice Lispector.

There is a North American novelist that I like very much: Judith McNaught. And recently I fell on the graces of Elizabeth Gilbert… I know… but she has had the good taste to fall in love with someone from my city… from the all places in the world… I like her even more now… :-)
