CURRENT MISSION
Seeing chimpanzees in the wild
ABOUT ME
I'm pretty open minded, live with the day. There's hardly a next month or even a next week, there's just now, today and maybe tomorrow. (That's probably why I'm such a bad planner.) I like to meet new people, I'm quite into sports, and there's not much that I'm afraid of. I really like monkeys..and other animals. But I prefer monkeys.
PHILOSOPHY
'Every little thing, is gonna be alright.'
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I like to meet the people behind the scenes of cities, I want to be able to actually be part of a place instead of just visiting, I'd like to make new friends and adjust my point of view by hosting and being hosted via cs.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had a terrific time in Peru, with Yvan and his friends, though we could not even talk the first time we came (a lot of hand and foot sign language), but because it was so nice, we came back afer learning spanish and had another great time! Thanks Yvan!
I also went to Eric in Sweden, who was a superb host, giving us the time of our life in Stockholm. Thanks to you too, Eric!

Music, Movies, and Books
I like spanish movies (with Gael Gracia Bernal in it), music where I can recognize the instruments as real instruments (no computer-shit) and which does good during long busdrives and books of the Dutch absurdism writing writer Willem Frederick Hermans. I enjoy Bob Dylan, Arctic Monkeys, Manu Chao, Norah Jones, Jack Johnson, Newton Faulkner, Bob Marley, African music...and a lot more..
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
That'll be the whales I've seen in Chile. In a small boat, near La Serena, we accidentally bumped into two humpback whales.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn better Spanish, French and German, I'd like to learn how to be a good cook, I want to learn Afrikaans, Swedish and Swahili. And Mandarin.
