Apologies first for not being the quiquest in replying.
As there is currently a spare room in my flat, I'd like to use the opportunity for a promising temporary use.
It's a small flat part of an elderly building. Poorly maintained but gives a niche to a dozen of students.
Anyhow, the location is top and i'll do my best to be a good host!
