Hi! I am a 25yr old from Chicago who loves to travel. I love traveling alone and meeting new people abroad. I have taken a wide variety of trips, some that are more nature/hiking/outdoorsy, and some that are more urban/art/culture/nightlife focused. I am social but also independent, so I am very down to hang out but am also happy to do my own thing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am excited to try Couchsurfing for the first time! I love traveling alone and I usually stay in hostels, where I usually meet fellow travelers, but I'm interested in meeting more locals. I look forward to making more relationships abroad through Couchsurfing to get a local's perspective on a new city!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Earlier this year, I went to Colombia alone and trekked through the Sierra Nevada mountains and jungle for 4 days with an indigenous guide. It was an incredible and very physically challenging experience, and I would recommend it to anyone! Happy to share stories:)
