Heya! Nice to meet you. I'm a psychotherapist living in Amsterdam. In my free time, I organize mindfulness based social events for neurodivergent folks, learn to play the saxophone, and do yoga with my lovely silly doggo🐶. If I'm not doing any of the above, you can probably find me in the closest nature reserve hiking/camping or planning my next bike-packing tour.

My regular adventure buddies are generally my partner who I'm in a loving open relationship with and my endlessly sweet and derpy dog Juno.

I like my balance between extroversion and introversion, which means that I'm up for a good night out but you can bet I will be glued to my book the next day. I tend to be very curious and ask a lot of questions about things someone else is passionate about. I basically love to listen people nerd out about whatever tickles their soul. I cook with joy and my heart is stolen by people who cook for me :)

Thanks to lovely CS, my path has crossed with even lovelier people while travelling, with some of them whom I'm still in touch with. Shared conversations and friendships I've had always remind me that the world can be quite a warm and homelike plane which can offer so much without asking anything but your goodwill in return.

I am a sucker for people who inspire me by doing something I've always wanted to do or are interested in something passionately. I simply love learning anything (by anything, I mean anything) from anyone. And I love listening to stories of people (even so of travelers) as any glimpse that I have into the consciousness of a whole rich human being is exciting. So tell away.

兴趣

Lately my interests shifted from cinema and the arts to getting immersed with nature. I am learning more and more about forests, ecology, and travel/hike to be more in it. Also, I go on cycling trips yearly. The peace of being on the road by myself is quite difficult to compare to anything else.

Movies constitute a large part of my life so picking favorites is pretty hard for me. But my favorite movie should be Stay (2005), that should give an idea :D

Hitchhiking along Portugal for many days, no plans, little money. Result: Awesome experiences, stories to tell and a magnificent cold (was worth every sneeze).
