About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learn Maori and how to skin a moose.
ABOUT ME
This is the hard part. I think I am reliable, a bit forgetful, enjoy insightful people that surprise me. I study agroecology and I think that tells a lot about me and the way I look at the world. I have lived a bit here and there worked with this and that.. I enjoy "doing things", participating.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At the moment I unfortunately can not offer accomodation, but hope that will change in the close future. I enjoy meeting new people and would like to give others the great opportunity to see a place with the insight of a local, something I have often been fortunate enough to enjoy myself.
In the meantime I would love to take you around the place where I happend to live at the moment and hopefully show/include you in something you otherwise might not have encountered.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am new to couchsurfing, but have in my travels often ended up in sofas of a friend of a friend of a friend.
Interests
At the moment I am hoping to learn Maori. I enjoy things that allow me to participate. I love music, like to read, love a good cup of tea at a nice café, like working with animals and doing things I have not done before. I think I am a bit interested in everything and anything.

Music, Movies, and Books
I read a bit of everything, from scientific articles to classics to "rubbish", enjoy it all. I have an education in music that has taught me to love "classical" music, but I enjoy all sorts of music, maybe not tecno though. I don't have a list of all time favourite movies either, horror movies are perhaps not for my stomach, but otherwise anything goes.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I saw norhtern lights (arurora borealis) on a clear, cold winter night, cozily soaking myself in a hot spring in the middle of nowhere on the east cost of Iceland with nothing but the wind and the stars as company.
Teach, Learn, Share
There is an endless list of skills and things I would like to learn. I admire people that have "paractical skills" or even not so practical ones.. I can teache you some Icelandic, Sweedish or Finnish if you would like or how to milk cows, mend nets, fix laser printers..
