ABOUT ME

I love discovering countries, cultures, languages - living somewhere new for a while. Meeting new people. But I also like my hometown Utrecht, where I do gymnastics, dance the lindy hop & the occasional yoga. I love reading, theatre, good films. Besides my work as an historian & campaigner, I do volunteer work for Amnesty and Greenpeace.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed a few places, traveling on my own - but I mainly enjoyed the couchsurf community a lot while staying abroad for longer stretches of time in Bonn, Berlin, Warsaw, etc. And sometimes I take a peak here in my hometown.
