About Me
HeyHo,
Welcome to my profile, thank you for checking it out.!
Love to explore the world as well as all the exciting thoughts and ways of living out there. I'm open for every question and discussion with anyone. To get to know new perspectives, people and landscapes I like to travel a lot, often spontaniously.
From August 2016 to August 2017 my home was Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu, India). There I've been doing a social service for an environmental organisation and fell in love with the country and people - I plan to come back - to my second home.
In Summer 2018 I worked in Uganda for a couple of months at local Universities and a refugee camp, there is so much creativity and fabulous energy!!
From August to December 2019 i studied in Connecticut, USA enjoying the atmosphere of a local campus.
A way to peace, politics, environmental action, social entrepreneurship and philosophy are some of the main topics I'm always open for a discussion about.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
World-Citizen! Couchsurfing is a lifestyle. And exactly the one which I like to live - to share everything instead of egoistic behaviour and consumerism. My understanding of visiting isn't to look at old buildings which might bear stories, I'd rather exchange stories in a warm atmosphere - or create new stories together with you.!:)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In May '16 I experienced couch surfing the first time: I went for 10 days to a lonely village next to Bergen in Norway. The host was extremely friendly and on the last day we jointly sew the fallen trees into pieces of wood for his new boat. Going on a tour on his cozy & tiny boat was great! After that trip I was truly convinced of hospitality-sites!
What I Can Share with Hosts
A wonderful time together - laughing, discussing and sharing stories. I kept collecting life stories of people, some are on my former blog: https://bloggermerlin.tumblr.com/
Of course you are invited to stay at my home whereever it might be in future:)
