Hi, my name is Merlin. I grew up and live in a tiny village in south-east Bavaria,Germany. I am working as a Metalworker in a company that produces mixed pickles. It wouldn´t be the truth when I tell you I like my job but my job makes it possible to live the life i´m living and that´s what i love. Currently I live in a beautiful farm with 3 more people, we plant our own veggies, we have some chicken, two cats, two dogs, horses, goats and ducks and many other wild animals. The life there is very beautiful abd satisfying. That´s what I love and what i´m working for basically.
Of course there are other things i love too. My hobbies are doing sport. Actually i like every sport and at the moment I do climbing, sqash, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball, basketball, badminton and longboarding. I also like hiking in the mountains, cycling, I love reading books and Mangas. I like watching movies, i like to build things like furniture and like to learn things.
Actually I can´t list all the things I like. I think this is part of my possitiv way of thinking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The reason why i´m here on Couchsurfing is because I love traveling and meeting people. Couchsurfing is a great Idea of sharing and getting in touch with people. You can learn from them, you can became friends, see wonderful place and sharing the luck of special moments. It´s also a great chance to see more of the culture of the country you visit :)
