About Me
CURRENT MISSION
looking for the fresh air of a new experience
ABOUT ME
I try to live life to the fullest, every new day will bring new challenges and new surprises! Traveling is an amazing way to experience this and it really keeps you on your toes. I was born and raised in the East Village of New York City, and attended The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, USA. I don't like to be put in boxes or forced into binaries, and honestly I just don't fit into them either. I love to cook, laugh, cry, and sing to the moon, among other things.
PHILOSOPHY
I hold to a few essential pillers: respect, education, trust, conscent and communication.
If I were to explain all of them in full I would have written pages. I am more than happy to have personal one-on-one conversations about this but its not really something I can just write down. communication is one of the values that I hold dear for a reason, right?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far I haven't been able to have the fulfilling experience of hosting any surfers, as I have been on the move on and off for the last few years. I relied on the CS community while traveling cross country (on foot!) and I am immensely grateful for all the people on this site who are so amazing.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Surfed all the way across the US from WA to NY. Surfed a little bit in Europe but mostly went to meet-ups and stayed in Hostels.
Interests
Queer activism, gender in the blender fashion, supporting my community through radical activism, rock climbing, reading, the Star Wars Saga and generally being a dork

Teach, Learn, Share
I always love to gain a new perspective. This can only really be done by talking to people who are nothing like you. Aside from that I have many things to teach and even more to learn. I believe that all of life is a lesson and if you can take it as it comes you will never stop improving yr character.
