I am currently living in Berkeley, CA and studying Osteopathic Medicine with the hopes of integrating western and eastern medicine- traditional and non. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think everyone should have the freedom to explore with as few limitations as possible. Price of accommodation and unfamiliarity with a new place can be roadblocks for the adventure-seeking and I love that couchsurfing can be a solution for those who want to go beyond simply site-seeing and learn from the locals’ way of living.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Sierra Leone for two months and ended up staying for two years to help with the Ebola Response and health system strengthening.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m on a journey to learn a variety of different healing modalities so I have multiple tools to pull from as a healer. I love practicing and teaching meditation, mindfulness, and yoga. I’ve learned reiki and different forms of energy healing and would love to share and exchange knowledge of health & healing with anyone open to it. I welcome the ideas, perspectives, and good conversation of those from all walks of life, as learning from others is the best way to grow.
