Overview
About Me
i lived in the Bay Area (studied in Berkeley and worked in San Francisco) for 2 years which gave me a vision. Then i lived in Asia for two years, studying martial arts and learning Chinese which gave me depth. Lived in bustling downtowns around the world for years; but also lived in a quiet cabin in the woods peacefully growing my own food. Heights and depths and all the different colors of life in between. i am in it for the experience. i cant even say that i keep an open mind. After seeing all those places and meeting all those people, living in different cultures and trying out so many different things, its becoming harder and harder to keep a mind-of-your-own.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When im travelling i try to avoid tourist attractions as much as possible and prefer going where the locals go or to do what they do. Is there a better way to meet up with locals, to hear about their part of the story, or to learn what they do to 'ease the pain' or where they go to celebrate all-the-good-things in life? Im just hoping that my host would be able to spend a couple of hours with me during my stay so we get to know each other and share things.

Teach, Learn, Share
As being a gemini, I have a wide range of interests, or things i have tried out in the past. some of them are: martial arts like capoeira, kungfu, tai-chi, chi-gong or some mindful practices like meditation or growing veggies and medicinal herbs in the backyard. im into all kinds of sports but some of the rare ones i like are: bouldering, biking, bowling, skiing, kayaking, table tennis. or i can share my experiences on some of the alternative lifestyles: like bdsm, or living in an eco-village, living off the grid, or about my two years of veganism in the past, or anything about eastern religions and philosophy.
What I Can Share with Hosts
As i, being a guest, in your place, this one is all up to you. would you prefer me to cook my favorite food for you? or would you enjoy going out with me to grab some food and drinks? would you prefer to exchange some interesting stories? or are you interested to learn more about my home country? just want to relax and sit in silence and share the precious moment? im game.
Please note that I only drink, smoke or dance socially. Which means I will not drink, smoke or dance in your house unless the offer to share one comes from you. I have high regards for you and your space.
Another useful information for the host would be im not a budget traveler, so if you would like to take me out to a nice place for socializing, or to an event; i would be more than happy to pay for my share.
